When you make a sale, we provide you with a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label ready to be put on a free USPS Priority Mail envelope or box, or in the case of UPS, your own packaging. Once you've securely packaged your item drop it off at a post office, UPS Store or mailbox.

Refund policy: When you make a purchase, we don't release payment to the seller until we confirm it has been delivered to you. You have 3 days after delivery to inform us if the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem via our website with supporting photos. If we verify your claim, we'll send you a label to return the order to the seller and refund your payment. All returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval to be eligible for a refund.
